4. Mass Effect 3
If you have been a fan of the prequel, you are going to love Mass Effect 3. Although the ending was a complete blunder, which gave rise to an outcry, the game still packs a punch in terms of combat, storyline and graphics.
Developers Bioware have also added an excellent multiplayer mode to the game. Mass Effect 3 is easily among the best PC games.
3. Far Cry 3
Far Cry 3 opens the gates to an enjoyably open world. This world is beautiful, interactive and a pleasure to explore. Extremely stunning graphics and the kind of polish in gameplay rightly earn Far Cry 3 its spot on this list of best PC games. The game has one of the best scripted villians in gaming history. The expansive nature of the tropical island along with an interesting story will make you put those extra hours into the game.
2. Dishonored
2012 has been just the right time for the release of Assassins games. Dishonored easily tops the list. This one isn't your typical Assassin's Creed game. Infact, it fares a whole lot better than the recently released Assassin's Creed 3 title.
Developer Arkane Studios has created a brand new IP for gamers to enjoy stealth games in a whole new way. The world of Dunwall is a joy to explore. Despite being dark in its theme, Dishonored keeps gamers glued with its uniqueness. Great gameplay and a good story with superb voice acting makes this game a must bye among best PC games.
1. The Walking Dead
Developed by Telltale Games, The Walking Dead is a relatively underwhelming game that is a mix of emotional drainage and satisfaction. The game pushes the limit of the typical zombie games and tells a terrific story which keeps bringing you back to know what's going to happen next.
The game follows the script from the comics and it also reflects in the simple, yet beautiful graphics. Despite being a point-and-click puzzle platformer, TWD packs an enormous emotional payoff. Thanks to brilliantly scripted characters, a memorable plot and superb voice acting, TWD makes it to the first spot of the best PC games.
